It’s about relationships. We’re in it for the long haul. The more I know about my client’s business, the more successful we feel.
Lisa D. Mayo, CPA, is a licensed certified public accountant in Georgia and Tennessee and has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in tax and compliance services to clients across a wide range of industries. She assists with tax planning, tax return preparation, business consulting and strategic planning. She has extensive experience in the preparation and review of both individual and business tax returns. Lisa also works with small to mid-sized businesses in developing their key performance indicators (KPIs), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, selecting and setting up accounting files, training employees and developing internal procedures.
After founding Mayo Strategic Advisors in 2015, Lisa recognized a significant void in the industry and began developing a plan to fill it. While traditional accounting services are necessary and invaluable, Lisa understood that small business owners looking to grow their business need more than reactive bookkeeping. They need a proactive advisor. Leveraging her financial expertise with her relationship building skills, Lisa developed a strategy to take her firm and her clients to the next level.
Today, Lisa and her team provide services tailored to meet the needs of the individual client, from bookkeeping and tax preparation, to KPI analysis and strategic planning. Clients choose an engagement that works best for their business, whether they require the expertise of a CPA, a comptroller, or a CFO. As trusted advisors, Mayo Strategic Advisors helps clients tell the story of their business through their numbers.
