With over 15 years of leadership experience, Michael Diaz has built a career grounded in service, adaptability, and results. A proud native Texan and U.S. Army Veteran, Michael brings a mission-first mindset to every role he takes on—whether leading teams in public education or building and scaling his own real estate business from the ground up.

After completing his military service, Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Cameron University and later a Master’s degree in Leadership from Texas Christian University. Throughout his career, he has focused on empowering teams, aligning vision with execution, and driving sustainable growth across sectors. He believes great leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about adapting your approach to meet the evolving needs of people and organizations alike.

Whether mentoring staff, navigating complex systems, or launching new ventures, Michael leads with humility, strategy, and a deep commitment to serving others. Beyond the boardroom, he enjoys traveling with his beautiful wife Maranda, spending time with their children, and proudly spoiling the most boastful grandbaby around.
